Open to high school aged girls who live in Logan County. One dozen red roses, tiara, and a sash, and title of 2024 Miss Logan County Tobacco & Heritage Festival will be presented to the Queen.
…and a $1,000 scholarship to the college of her choice!
Roses and a sash will be presented to the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd runner-up and to Miss Congeniality.
